"Dr. Fenderson is by far the nicest & most caring dentist I've ever gone to. I have multiple complex autoimmune diseases that Dr. Fenderson wasn't familiar with, but he took the time to call & introduce himself before my appointment, learn more about my medical history then looked it up on his own time. He's also been the only dentist to take my blood pressure & pulse in his office before a visit. I have a real fear of dental pain, but Dr. Fenderson has always made sure I was pain free & comfortable. He even came in on his day off to see me! Everyone in his office is extremely caring & genuine concerned about their patients. They go out of their way to make sure you're happy with their work. I would recommend them to anyone needing a dentist or new to the area. Dr. Fenderson even let my 84 yr old Grandfather sit in during an appointment. His asst. Laura is out of this world too! I just love her."

"I've been seeing Dr. Fenderson since I was fourteen years old. I will be 51 in August '09. Dr. Fenderson has been our dentist for 3 generations. In June the 4th generation will arrive. People who are afraid to see a dentist due to pain, shots, etc. please note Dr. Fenderson is so gentle. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is great, friendly and always smiling."

August 31, 2009 Dear Dr. Fenderson: First, I want to thank you for everything you have given me over our history. When we first met I think we both can agree I was a total mess. I don't know if you realize this but you literally saved my life. Today I would like to share something with you. I've never told you how depressed I was when we first met and every time I looked into the mirror I hated the person looking back It was enough to have scars on my legs and arms but to see my teeth shattered and knowing I couldn't smile again was almost too much. I think I was almost to the point of just giving up on life altogether. You told me things were going to get better and I believed you. In fact, they did. I know you worked hard and dedicated yourself and your God given talents to bring a smile back to someone who thought I would never have a life again that I could smile about. With your skill, you and your staff continued to give support, you gave me the ability to have confidence in going outside my house. Your work allowed me to get a job, hold a job, and push myself further than I ever dreamed possible. Before you finished your miracle, I has agoraphobic and had not left my home for months...with my children now living in Fresno with their mother I only went out long enough to buy food although most of the time I had pizza delivered. I'm not sure why I'm letting you in on this now except I have always felt you should know how special of a person you are to those your help. I have had some other health issues come up recently and maybe being reflective I wanted to let you know how special you have been in my life. I'm back to running my high temperatures again and have rashes developing all over my body. Doctors can't figure it out. I'm on so many different medications and antibiotics it's hard to keep track. I went to a dentist in Sacramento where I now live and told her my teeth felt soft. The post you put in is holding but I can feel the tooth below it crumbling. I continued to try to get her to look deeper as you always have. Nothing came from this. I have been diligent in flossing, brushing, and using a chemical to harden the enamel but the teeth seem to be crumbling no matter what I do. I would like to have you look at what is going on. Tomorrow I see a peridontist in Roseville about whether I would be a good candidate for implants. I'm told I only need two. I only have four teeth left. I met with the Sacramento dentist shortly after you finished your amazing work and was given a clean checkup. Can all these different antibiotics cause such fast decay? Lord knows...I know you know, I was not the best at preventative care. However, I have been very conscious about keeping the teeth I have left clean after every meal. Not just at night but after very meal. In fact I usually only eat dinner. I drink water or propel water during the day. Point is: I am where I am. Delta Dental only covers new dentures every 5 years according to the Sacramento Dentist. This new set, if I can get them will be out of pocket. I trust only you. Always have and always will. Like I said, I really know you saved my life and this is a decision I need your input on. Can you have Diane give me a call so I can come in for a look 707-337-3938? In fact, I would like to continue as your patient. For me driving 60 or 100 miles to get the best is worth the effort. I read recently that you donated your time and energy to help the less fortunate in Napa. This does not surprise me. You and I have talked about your skill but I don't think all of your patients have you're your heart in action. Thank you and your amazing team again for all the years of support you have given me. I look forward to many more years of knowing I am taken care of by a provider who is truly skilled and cares deeply about his patients.
